Case StudiesVNU Business Publications (vnunet.com) Objective: Vnunet wanted to strategically position themselves as the site of choice for Computer product selection and purchasing, backing up their world renowned magazines (including titles such as Computing, Computer Active and Personal Computer World). The product aimed to enable visitors to choose PCs and consumer electronics based upon their usage requirements and budget rather than any technical knowledge. Solution: Vnunet started the project but were unable to provide all the expertise needed. The project was floundering and they called on BlueberryTwist to help provide extensive technical input. BlueberryTwist worked on both a UK and international level to help draw together the different elements of the project, liaising with a number of contributing companies to ensure the quality of the finished product. Results: Vnunet successfully launched
the Vnunet Eshopper and became the first site offering this solution
to the European IT market. The
results from the eShopper were supported by links to reviews from the
magazines giving the end user comprehensive insight into the item before
purchase. |
